Chrissy Teigen, Rumors of John Legend Cheating Are Denied By Model
Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Chrissy Teigen slammed rumors that her fiancé, singer John Legend, has been unfaithful.
Legend was reportedly seen kissing and canoodling with an unidentified blonde in the bathroom of New York City nightclub, Acme, on May 3, New York Post reported Thursday. When Teigen read the story, she unleashed a string of swear-filled tweets basically directed at the publication
"Just read Jon cheated on me and in the uber-credible Post. I'm just heartbroken as it's definitely not typical post [expletive]," she wrote.
She turned it up a notch with the tweet that followed: "The @nypost is normally so kind to me. And I am normally not the one to use the term [expletive] rag so I guess we're both a little off today."
Teigen continued her rampage by tweeted Legend and jokingly accusing him of plotting her death so he could be with his new girlfriend. She also asked him when she would be getting "one of those vanessa bryant rings," a reference to the huge diamond Bryant received from husband Kobe Bryant in 2003.
Legend, 34, had been dating the Norwegian and Thai beauty, 27, since 2007. The two met on the set of his music video for Stereo and have been together ever since. The couple is not shy about their affection for one another, always appearing hand-in-hand at red carpet events.
Legend proposed to Teigen in December 2011, while on vacation over the holidays in the Maldives. Teigen has reported that their upcoming wedding with require guests to "trek" somewhere and revealed that she will be wearing a Vera Wang gown on her special day.
Legend recently said his upcoming wedding to Teigen will have "good music, good food and a good time." He also revealed that the wedding may include a song he wrote about Teigen, titled All of Me.
