Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Relationship: Her Family Thinks Rapper is 'Self Absorbed' ? [VIDEO]
Kim Kardashian's family reportedly thinks that Kanye West is self absorbed and needs to treat her better.
Sources told Radar Online that the Kardashians are not happy with the way that West has treated his pregnant girlfriend. One of the concerns that her mother, Kris Jenner, has is how West has meltdowns in front of the paparazzi.
West lost his cool on May 10 after bumping his head into a street sign. He cursed out the photographers who captured his embarrassing moment while Kardashian watched.
"Don't take another f*****g photo man! ... All of you mother-f*****s stop taking photos!" he yelled.
Jenner was reportedly not pleased at all by his reaction and she worried about what it would mean for her daughter's relevance, according to sources.
"The Kardashians have made their names off the back off being photographed, but Kanye has a real aversion to it," the source said.
Jenner felt that the incident with the street sign was just one too many. West has previously lashed out the photographers who routinely follow the Kardashians and on May 1, Kimye visited Paris and West once again caused a scene because of the presence of cameras.
"When they were in Paris, Kanye kept telling the paparazzi to leave him and Kim alone. But as a manager, Kris wants Kim and Kayne to be photographed; it's their gig," the source said.
West's other actions while in Paris, also set off the family. He did not open any doors for Kardashian while they took a shopping trip at a high end fashion store. A heavily pregnant Kardashian had to do the honors herself. Her family is also upset because the rapper does not want to get to know them any better. He has reportedly shunned most of their overtures.
"As everyone knows, the Kardashians are a tight-knit group so it has comes as a shock to everyone that Kanye just doesn't want to spend time with them," the source said.
Her family knows that the reality star expects to be pampered and spoiled but she has not pressed the issue with West. Kardashian's mother and sisters believe that she is simply too in love to take any corrective action over West's behavior, and that she has allowed it because of her feelings for him.
"She refuses to soak up just how self-absorbed he is, despite everyone telling her just how it is," the source said.
