Lady Antebellum narrowly edged out the Jay-Z produced Great Gatsby soundtrack, marking their third number-one album in four years.

Billboard reports that the country trio sold 167,000 copies of their new album Golden in its debut week, giving them the number-one album on the Billboard 200.

Two of the group's previous albums hit number one with bigger sales: Need You Now, which featured the award-winning title single sold 480,000 copies in its first week, while their follow-up, Own the Night, debuted with 347,000 copies.

Though industry sources claimed that Golden would sell even less than the 167,000 sold, Billboard attributes the sales bump to debuting on Mother's Day weekend. The album has received mostly positive reviews from critics.

Coming in at number two for the week is the diverse soundtrack to The Great Gatsby, selling 137,000 copies in its first week. This is the highest-selling movie soundtrack since last year's The Hunger Games: Songs From District 12 and Beyond sold 175,000 copies in its first week.

The soundtrack sold 119,000 copies in digital downloads alone, making it the highest digital sales week of all time for a soundtrack. The film itself opened on Friday, May 10th, whose own $50 million box office haul landed it coincidentally in the number two spot as well.

Coming in at the number three slot is compilation album Now That's What I Call Music! 46, selling 91,000 copies. Crooner Michael Buble's latest album To Be Loved dropped from number two to number four this week, selling 84,000 copies.

Rounding out the top five is the debut of Pistol Annies' latest album, Annie Up. The Miranda Lambert-led country trio sold 83,000 copies, nearly doubling the sales of their first album Hell on Heels, which sold 44,000 in its first week.
