Ben Affleck will be hosting Saturday Night Live with musical guest Kanye West on tonight's season finale.

The sketch comedy show's 38th season will come to an end tonight but it will also be the end of at least one veteran cast member.

Bill Hader announced on Tuesday that he would be leaving SNL after the current season. Hader has been a cast member on the show for eight years and has developed some of the show's most beloved characters, including Weekend Update's city correspondent Stefon, whose knowledge of New York City's weirdest nightclubs turned him into a fan favorite.

Some of his celebrity impressions included Alan Alda, Julian Assange, James Carville, Al Pacino and Vincent Price.

It was announced on Thursday that cast member Fred Armisen would also be leaving the show, according to a source at NBC.

His presence on the show has decreased since writing and acting in his own sketch comedy show Portlandia, so he will likely be devoting his time to the IFC show.

Cast member Jason Sudeikis has been on the show for eight years and is said to "probably" be leaving after this season as well. The comedian has been contemplating leaving the show since last year, as seen in his interview with the L.A. Times.

Seth Meyers is also set to leave after the fall season to work on his new Late Night show.

This leaves Kenan Thompson as the most senior cast member, who joined the show in 2003. The rest of the cast is relatively new, with the next oldest being Bobby Moynihan, who joined the show in 2008.

This will be Ben Affleck's fifth time hosting the show as well as Kanye West's fifth time as a musical guest.

SNL will be airing its 38th season finale at 11:30 pm on NBC.
