Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and Mexican singer Paulina Rubio are reportedly signing contracts to appear on next season of The X Factor.

Sources told TMZ that the two singers are in "final negotiations" to sit alongside Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato at the judges table for the hit singing reality competition show.

According to the report, the deal could be completed as early as Monday, May 20. While Fox has yet to comment and make a formal announcement, the TMZ source confirmed an earlier report that the producers and the network have agreed that their "dream panel" would be "female centric," in a move to add more diversity to the new direction for season 3.

"The producers and FOX have decided on their dream panel and they're in the very final stages of negotiations as the auditions start in just a few weeks," a source told Radar Online. "A female centric panel is something new to the show, but both the producers and Simon really think it's the right way to go."

Another source told the website that Cowell would rather have new judges that have "great chemistry" with each other more than anything else.

"All the women really get along well and Demi continues to have great chemistry and banter with Simon," the second source said.

Enstars previously reported that Rowland, who also appeared in UK's version of The X Factor in 2011, is said to be "most definitely in the mix" for the third season.

FOX announced on March 30 that Lovato would return to the judges' table for The X Factor. The network later confirmed that Khloe Kardashian will not be returning as the show's co-host but Mario Lopez will.
