Ke$ha discussed drinking her own urine in an exclusive video from her MTV show Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life.

MTV released an exclusive clip from the show on Tuesday and in the video, the singer says, "I want to get in kicka-- shape and look damn hot, and I'll try just about anything."

She made headlines back in February when she told BBC Radio that she was informed that drinking her own urine would make her healthy. She elaborated, "Somebody tried to take my pee away from me, and I said, 'That is mine!' So I snatched it up and took a chug and it was really gross, so I don't do it anymore."

On why she did it, Ke$ha told The Hollywood Reporter, "I'm just one that doesn't shy away from things. I'm not good at saying 'no' so I just figure, f**k it, I'll try anything once. So I tried it."

The 26-year old singer's debut single TiK ToK hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in December of 2009, achieving the record for most digital downloads for a female artist ever (610,000 copies). She also hit No. 1 in 2010 with her single We R Who We R.

Ke$ha, whose real name is Kesha Sebert, rose to fame after featuring on Flo Rida's song Right Round. She has since released two studio albums - Animal in 2010 and Warrior in 2012 - with one extended play, Cannibal in 2011.

Her other hit singles include Die Young, Your Love is My Drug, Take It Off, and Blow, all of which landed in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.

MTV airs Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life, a documentary series chronicling the life of the singer, every Tuesday night at 11 p.m. The series began on April 23.
