Amazon Deals 2016: Best Sales Happening Right Now For 'Digital Day', From Movies To Video Games [VIDEO]
Amazon is unleashing a slew of deals for one day only as the end of the year 2016 approaches.
Called Amazon Digital Day, Amazon users can take advantage of great deals on Friday, Dec. 30 only. From 50 percent off or more on movies, music and video games to special "dollar deals", there's pretty much something for everyone.
All of the Harry Potter movies are on sale for just $4.99 each, while other popular movies like Storks, Star Trek Beyond, The Legend of Tarzan, The Hateful Eight and Bad Santa are all available for half-off or more.
As for video games, you can save 50 percent on XCOM 2, 60 percent on Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, and 75 percent off on Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition and Cities: Skylines.
Some of the more prominent Kindle books by authors like James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks and Michael Connelly are also seeing their prices being slashed significantly. Sparks' The Notebook, The Last Song, Safe Haven, Best of Me and The Longest Ride are all just $1.99 each, while Patterson's books, like Bullseye, The Murder House, Woman of God, NYPD Red and Cradle and All are just $2.99. Connelly books are also $2.99, including The Crossing, Burning Room, The Lincoln Lawyer, The Brass Verdict and The Narrows.
The dollar deals include $0.99 rentals of the three Lord of the Rings movies, the three Hobbit movies, The Shallows, The Hangover, Veronica Mars, Magic Mike, Sex and the City: The Movie and more. You can also get $0.99 deals on the Marvel graphic novels Runaways and New Warriors.
You can also shave some money off various subscriptions, including TIDAL, UFC, Qello Concerts, Plex, Lose It!, Daily Burn, Daily Yoga - Fitness On-the-Go, Amazon Rapids and OfficeSuite.
