Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users have a reason to get excited during the first month of 2017. Downloading the latest android OS is now possible.

The beta program for the Nougat operating system has been completed. The update that commenced last November has been officially released this January.

With the new version of the Android Nougat in place, informative guides will soon be made available to all users. As of late, people are already pumped up to tap into the system's expected attributes.

Feature number one is about the new TouchWiz UI. This screen component is not entirely new. Its green color has already been manifested during the previous version but the recent display will present a blue and white interface. Samsung has installed it to provide users a more disciplined surface look where flat icons and notifications are prominently exhibited.

Coming up next will be the new camera application. The photo tracking capability of the system has been enhanced wherein the autofocus functions and its related options can be accessed conveniently.

The third attribute tackles the new lock screen. It must be noted that not everything about the Note 7 is disastrous. In fact, Samsung has furnished the Galaxy S7 with components from the defunct unit as manifested by the presence of notifications and apps accessibility when the device is locked.

Possibly taking cue on the Google Pixel unit, Samsung will be introducing the blue light filter element to the S7 and S7 Edge handsets. It is possible that the South Korean tech firm has realized the significance of incorporating a component that limits eye strain caused by blue light among users.

The fifth feature presents a multi-window expansion capability. This function allows numerous apps to be selected at the same time.

Finally, it is being anticipated that Samsung will be instituting new battery modes. This option allows individuals to select the type of power that will sustain an application that is being used. Samsung Galaxy S7 users may be able to limit the energy of their devices by utilizing the normal, gaming, entertainment or high performance modes with the new Android 7.0 Nougat update.
