Nintendo Switch has made its first appearance and its controller Joy-Con has been equipped with amazing abilities like sharing and object detection. Also, the Japanese tech giant is confirmed to sell extra accessories of the hybrid console separately.

According to Engadget, the Nintendo Switch's Joy-Con controllers were able to do a lot more besides detaching and offering local two-player play. The left-side of Joy-Con has a sharing button which can take screenshots to show off remarkable moments.

Also, the Joy-Cons have both motion detection and fairly refined vibration feedback. Based on the promo clip, Nintendo stated that users could not only tell that someone had dumped ice cubes into a glass but how many cubes are there. The left-hand controller can detect objects in front of it.

Other than that, the right-side Joy-Con has an NFC pad for users Amiibo. It also has wrist straps to avoid tossing controllers across the room. It was also noted that the Joy-Cons will come in blue and red variety of colors. And the best part of it is that buyers don't have to pay extra for this gear. The wrist straps are incorporated in the box and the consumers can buy Switch system that has blue and red Joy-Cons for the same tag as the dark gray models.

Furthermore, a report has stated that Nintendo will be selling extra accessories separately. As a matter of fact, the company revealed that a single Joy-Con costs $50, while a pair; wherein buyers can choose any color combination will set them back at $80. An extra dock set is also available; this includes an AC adapter and an HDMI cable, for $90.

The Japanese tech giant will also sell a $30 charging grip that combines users extra Joy-Cons into one controller and offers them a way to keep on playing even when their controllers' batteries are low. Lastly, Nintendo will also sell two Joy-Con Wheels at $15 per set for any racing game coming to the platform.

The Nintendo Switch is expected to become available in market shelves on March 3 for $300. Its accessories will be included inside the box of the device but then if the consumers wish to have an extra accessory then they could purchase it.
