Kim Zolciak 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' & 'Dont Be Tardy,' Star Slammed By Publicist in New Tell-All
A former rep for Kim Zolciak spilled revealing personal details about the reality star in a brand new book.
In the as-yet-released tell-all, titled Don't You Know Who I Am Yet?, publicist-turned author Jonathan Jaxson described Zolciak as "the client from hell."
Radar Online obtained an excerpt of the book talking about the mother-of-four, whom Jaxson described as "definitely rough around the edge" during his time as her rep. He was her first publicist.
Jaxson said Zolciak drank a lot of alcohol and was an avid smoker who constantly uses profanity. He also said Zolciak was stubborn and hard to work with.
Zolciak is "a chain smoker who enjoys drinking, spending money, cussing like a sailor and causing drama," Jaxson wrote. "She was a difficult client because it's best when someone will listen and take my advice. That's the only way I can really help is if they let me lead the way. A client with their own ideas can take a lot of hard work and derail it in an instant."
"It was frustrating because I could see all of her potential and I genuinely wanted to help her get to the next level in her career," he added.
Jaxson said he severed ties with Zolciak after she failed to pay him for his public relations efforts and he took her to small claims court.
The publicist has a history of trouble with other celebrities. He made headlines when he called NYPD last year after Amanda Bynes called him and said "I don't want to live anymore." Kim Kardashian sued in 2011 for claiming in reports she had staged her wedding to Kris Humphries. The pair settled an agreement out of court and he issued a formal public apology on his website.
Zolciak was sued by her former TRHOA co-star Kandi Burruss over non-payment on March 12 over the single she released, Don't Be Tardy For The Party. Burruss claimed Zolciak commercially released the singe record without Burruss' "authorization, license or consent," according to a report. A rep for Zolciak, Mike Paul, a week later came forward and said the lawsuit has "absolutely no merit" because his client already paid $23,000 for the song.
Jaxson's book, Dont You Know Who I Am Yet? will be available in stores on June 4. It is available for pre-orders on his website.
