Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown Back Together? She is Not His 'Slave,' Source Says
Since Chris Brown broke up with Rihanna a few weeks ago, he has been spotted spending more time with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, leaving many to speculate if the two have rekindled their relationship.
According to sources, Tran is standing by Brown's side and is more than just his "slave" that he runs back to when him and Rihanna are going through problems.
"Just because Chris is famous and rich doesn't mean Karrueche is his slave. She doesn't operate like that and people need to know that," a source said. "She's friends with Chris and was in a relationship with Chris because of how he treats her, how they vibe together and they're chemistry."
The source said that Brown and Tran's relationship is real, indicating that Tran sees far beyond the drama.
"It wasn't because of anything else. Karrueche doesn't care about all that other s*** - she just likes the genuine and nice side of Chris."
The source continued noted that their relationship is a "give and take situation."
"I think it's because he's always been there for her and she wants to do the same in return. People think its a one-sided relationship between them and it really isn't," the source said.
Enstars reported earlier this week that Brown and Tran were involved in a car accident when Brown crashed his car into a woman's Mercedes Benz.
Fortunately no one was injured in the incident, but Tran was photographed taking pictures of the damage.
Police were not called to scene, as Brown exchanged insurance information with the unidentified woman in the Mercedes Benz, according to reports.
"They're cool. Nobody got hurt," a source said. "Just some minor s**t, but Chris said he and Kae are all good."
The couple also reportedly attended the Billboard Music Awards together in Las Vegas Sunday was also seen kissing at an after party.
"Brown was standing on the banquette dancing with Tran," a source said. "He bent down a few times to kiss her, and kept running his hand through her hair and singing to her."
