According to Slash Gear, Niantic has released a new set of "Pokemon Go" updates for both iOS and Android platforms. Though not as noticeable as other "Pokemon Go" major updates, the latest update for the breakout mobile game of 2016 brings about small yet significant changes in the augmented-reality game.
The official website of "Pokemon Go" reveals the small yet significant changes that took effect with the latest update. These include reduced starting load time for Android devices, minor text fixes, resolved Android connectivity-related issues with the "Pokemon Go" Plus accessory and integrated iOS wheelchair support for the Apple Watch.
According to Slash Gear, the possibility for a "Pokemon Go" event for Valentine's Day is high, considering that the time is ripe for the arrival of a new batch of Gen 2 pocket monsters. Further, all code changes in APK updates all point to the looming release of Gen 2 Pokemon.
However, there is no official word yet on the highly-clamored "Pokemon Go" Valentines Day update.
