Amanda Bynes Arrest: Photographer Questions Actress' 'Racist' Comments, Bynes Worries About Wig
Only one day after her arrest, Amanda Bynes spouted comments at a paparazzo who repeated her words, asking if she was racist.
The former child star was taken into custody by the New York Police Department on Friday. Bynes was allegedly seen smoking marijuana in the lobby of her New York apartment building. After police were called to the scene, Bynes proceeded to allegedly throw a bong out of her 36th-floor window.
When the All That star was returning home from an outing on Saturday, a photographer from X17, Tyrone Jackson, reached up and tugged at the scarf that was covering Bynes' face. While this may be rather intrusive, Bynes' next comments proved to be rather racist, according to the Daily News.
"You can't touch me," Bynes reportedly said, according the Daily News. "Is it the ugly black man? There's another ugly black man."
The photographer then repeated the comment and asked if the 27-year-old was racist. Bynes replied in the negative, claiming that she was just talking about his ugly face.
Several days ago Bynes tweeted a similar message to Perez Hilton. The website reported on a feature InTouch ran on the former actress but Bynes disliked the feature and was displeased that Perez Hilton was wiring about it.
"@PerezHilton: the only thing sadder than your ugly face still writing stories about me is the fact that you think I'd even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man," Bynes tweeted on Thursday.
Bynes was arrested while wearing a disheveled blond wig, which she used to mostly successfully hide her face from cameras.
"I need Nicki Minaj's wig person stat! :P," Bynes tweeted on Friday following her release.
Bynes' court date is set for July 9.
