Rob Kardashian updated Us Weekly on May 25 about his diet and exercise plan at the unveiling of his sock line Arthur George at Neiman Marcus.

"I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not,” Kardashian said at the event. “Six months I should be there.”

The reality star committed to losing weight after acknowledging that he got lazy while dating Rita Ora in 2012. Kardashian said he gained 235 pounds at one point, and now he's trying to to stick to health recipes. He is working with the trainer of Khloe Kardashian's husband, Lamar Odom.

"It's crazy how this whole year, my whole relationship was only negative," he said. "All I did was gain f--king 40 pounds and lose so much money.

“That got [to be] too much . . . we do that, but I'm kind of doing my own thing with Lamar's trainer. He's on salary since he was 19 years old, so he works for us. I've been spending time with him," said Kardashian, based on the report.

As part of his aiming towards a healthier diet, Kardashian said he was cutting back on alcohol. While in Las Vegas he said he is not drinking as much as he used to and is instead "trying to get in a healthy direction."
