Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart Update [PHOTOS] He's 'Free' From Her, Source Says
After Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry were spotted attending a wedding together on Sunday, reports have indicated that the Twilight actor is now free from ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart.
Sources said that Pattinson is much more happier without Stewart in his life, according to The Daily Mail.
"Rob has never felt so free. He no longer has to feel weighted by a girlfriend. Instead of being bummed that his relationship hit a wall, Rob is simply glad to only have to be in charge of himself," the source said.
The 27-year-old British actor first broke up with Stewart last summer after he got word that she cheated on him with director, Rupert Sanders. The former couple decided to rekindle their relationship two months later, but sources told Life & Style magazine that Perry was never a fan of the reconciliation.
The Firework singer reportedly told Pattinson that he deserved better.
"Katy told Rob she didn't think their relationship could withstand the cheating scandal. And he deserved better than someone who would destroy a family [like Rupert's]," the source said.
Despite the actors attempting to make their relationship work, it is reported that the romance is over for good.
Reports indicated that a large moving truck picked up Pattinson's belongings on Thursday from Stewart's house.
"It does look like this it's over for good. He simply can't trust her," a source added.
Meanwhile, Stewart was spotted grabbing some pizza with some friends in Los Feliz on May 27. The Hollywood Life noted that although she was photographed laughing and smiling, it is just a front to cover up her heartbreak from Pattinson.
"She is not happy at all. The apples of her cheeks are not raised and she smiles with clenched teeth, which is not genuine in terms of her smile," a source said. "She looks less unhappy in a lot of the photos than when she was with Rob, because you don't see the tension in her brow and eye muscles like you used to."
