Host Blake Shelton took the stage a second time to perform "Home" alongside Usher in order to bolster the relief efforts for those affected by the tragic tornado that struck a suburb of Oklahoma on May 20.

The monstrous nature disaster that took place in the city of Moore resulted in the deaths of 24 individuals while also injuring 120 others.

A native of Oklahoma himself, singer Blake Shelton was the one behind the organization of the "Healing In The Heartland Benefit Concert" in order to be of service to the grief-stricken state.

"Everyone has their way to help, and mine as an entertainer is to perform to help raise money and awareness for this tragedy. This is why I want to do this special and especially hold it in Oklahoma City, which is near ground zero," Shelton explained in a statement via his own website.

The event is raising money for the United Way of Central Oklahoma May Tornadoes Relief Fund. Viewers can also donate to the cause on the United Way Facebook Page until the end of the night, and share the cause with their social networking friends on their own personal Facebook profiles.
