Chrissy Teigen had a few words to say about her feud with Amanda Bynes, this time not using social media.

"I think there's a problem here, something is wrong, and I just loved her," Teigen told E! News. "And I felt like I was rooting for her for so long, and what's happening now is wrong and I think social media is really a bad point for her right now."

The conflict began when Teigen tweeted, "The fact that Amanda Bynes has any "support" to retweet is really unsettling," on May 28. She also added, "Support people with mental illness, yes. But don't condone/enable scary and poor behavior."

To that, Bynes responded,"Ur not a pretty model compared to me. I signed to Ford models @ age 13. I don't look up to u beauty wise. I'm far prettier than u!"

Instead of continuing the argument, Teigen tweeted, "Nope. Not going to indulge. Wish the best for her, truly."

Bynes retweeted a few negative comments her own fans had to say about Teigen, including one which called the model "ugly."

Still, Bynes' words and retweets really had no affect on Teigen, she said on E! News. The only difficult part was dealing with her own Twitter followers' reactions to the hurtful comments.

"The hard part after was seeing them trying to defend me, and I don't need that. I mean, it's fine. I was fine with her comment. That was the hard part afterwards," she said.

In fact, Teigen had asked her followers to stop. She tweeted the same day as the conflict, "I never ask anything of you guys but please. I don't need defending and please stop writing her. It's not funny, it's sad."

As Bynes continues her own legal troubles and latest plans to sue TMZ for reportedly posting false photos of her, she had one more thing to tell her followers.

"I'm not crazy," she wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
