Despite the fact that Fox's Glee is still a considerable amount of time away from its Season 5 premiere in the fall, fans of the hit musical series continue to frolic over what lies ahead for the McKinley High alumni.

However, the show's loyalists shouldn't project too far ahead, as the current strategy apparently involves keeping the New Directions in high school for at least six months, according to Carter Matt.

Being that certain characters on TV series currently have storylines primarily based in New York City, it seems almost certain that Blaine (Darren Criss) would be one of the characters mulling over a move to the east coast in the near future.

Criss recently spoke to E! Online about the Big Apple, and the potential direction the program can take with Blaine for Season 5.

"[Blaine] seems to want to go to New York, I'd be cool with that. I'd always rather be in New York! ... We ended [season 4] in the middle of the year. So I would presume when we pick up season four, the year will go on and we will graduate. But who knows? Maybe we'll be stuck in senior year forever! They can do whatever they want," he said.

Although no airdate has yet to be set in stone, Season 5 of the TV series is slated to return at some point this upcoming fall.
