Former One Direction Member, Louis Tomlinson Airport Altercation, Attacks Paparazzi
Ever since popular and phenomenal boy band, One Direction disbanded, the members have been linked to different issues and controversies concerning not only their personal life but their professional behavior as well. Former One Direction member, Louis Tomlinson is in the hot seat as he was reportedly involved in an altercation at the airport.
According to News Hub, the altercation involved a serious airport brawl that prompted authorities to arrest former One Direction member, Louis Tomlinson. The 25-year old singer reportedly engaged in physical attack as he took two people to the ground at the airport.
Meanwhile, video footage of the incident reveal that Louis Tomlinson wasn't the only one involved in a fight at that time as alleged ex-girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, is also seen arguing with a woman. In the video, Louis Tomlinson can be heard asking for help as he runs frantically to Calder who was pinned against the wall by the said woman.
In what seems to be a last resort to get Eleanor Calder from the intrusive woman, Louis Tomlinson tackled the two and ended up in a heap on the floor. They were separated by a woman with a badge who was reportedly an airport police.
According to TMZ, Louis Tomlinson's lawyer, Martin Singer, has released a statement saying that the airport altercation was caused by the provocation of the paparazzi. "The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis at the airport this morning," Martin Singer said. "While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident, and he came to her defense," he added.
The former One Direction singer was only released by the authorities after paying $20,000 for the bail bond. Louis Tomlinson might be a free man now but he has been ordered to return to court by the end of March. On a brighter side, while it may be disheartening for the fans to see their idol in a situation like this, it seems like Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder might be rekindling their romance.
