‘Justice League’ Release Date: Jason Momoa Teases As Aquaman
"Justice League" is one of the year's most awaited movie especially with the introduction of new characters. Jason Momoa as Aquaman sizzles and fans could not wait to see him when the movie releases in November this year.
Director Zack Snyder gave "Justice League" fans their first glimpse of Jason Momoa as Aquaman through a Twitter clip. Snyder's four-second clip showed Jason Momoa in his full glory as the great ruler of Atlantis.
The "Justice League" clip showed Jason Momoa or Aquaman breathing and swimming underwater, according to Movie News Guide. The scene looks like it was taken straight from a giant aquarium with sea creatures and corals in the background.
Jason Momoa will not only appear in "Justice League", but he will also be featured in an "Aquaman" solo movie which officially releases in October next year, according. Fans of DC Comic are already aware of Aquaman's great swimming speed and ability to communicate telepathically with undersea creatures.
The short clip does not, however, reveal the other "Justice League" characters in the movie, except for Jason Momoa. For sure, Wonder Woman played by Gal Gadot, and Batman played by Ben Affleck, will surely be in the movie considering that both are on a mission to form a team that would fight Steppenwolf, the film's villain.
The first trailer of "Justice League" was released during the Comic-Con festival last year. The trailer focused enough time to Jason Momoa's Aquaman character who is shown eager to help Batman. A scene where he angrily pushed Batman away showed another side of his character.
The "Justice League" trailer is, however, not the only clip that featured Jason Momoa as Aquaman, according to Screenrant. He was also seen, albeit briefly, in "Batman v Superman." The new teaser provided fans a better idea of how gracefully he moved underwater.
