In the new trailer for the season 8 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Rob Kardashian exposed a secret about Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend, Scott Disick, after Khloe Kardashian reveals she wants more kids.

"So I was at Kourt's and she was saying that she does not believe in taking birth control any more," Khloe tells Rob and Kim Kardashian. "And she still wants to have more kids and she's tired of taking birth control and (asking me) will we have kids?"

Rob calmly interjects and reveals a secret about Disick: "Soon she won't have to be...worried about birth control...cause Scott is getting a vasectomy..he was talking about getting a vasectomy or something."

"Vasectomy? He's 29 years old!" Khloe responds, to which Rob explains for Disick, "He obviously doesn't want to have kids anymore."

Khloe immediately calls Kourtney to see if she is aware of Disick's plans. She tells her older sister, "Did you know that Scott was at the doctor's the other day?..Scott went to get a consultation... to get a vasectomy."

Kourtney doesn't believe her, then calls Rob a liar: "Yeah, right...Are you kidding me? Rob always makes things up."

Kim is only concerned about Kourtney's decision to no longer take birth control anymore then asked her, "why wouldn't you be (taking birth control)?"

Kourtney defends Scott and says she's confident that he "isn't making any moves without discussing it" with her first.

"Well then why don't you go and have a lil chat with your husband because he doesn't have to tell you but you need to know what's going on right now," Khloe advises Kourtney. "It's not like you guys have sex on a regular right now, he has time to heal," she added, then joked "Are you waiting to have an orgasmic pregnancy?"

"Yeah, I'm waiting to go "Oh Khloe ! Khloe! hold my leg!'" Kourtney responded in jest.
