Liam Payne, Cheryl Fighting Over Their Newborn Son's Name: X Factor Judge & One Direction Star To Name Son After Taylor Swift?
A few days ago, One Direction fans went crazy after Liam Payne as he revealed about his first newborn son with Cheryl. Soon after, the revelation has become one of the most important news for this year not only in the music industry but also in showbiz. Meanwhile, the X Factor judge allegedly hinted about her first child's name and rumors suggest that it will be named after Taylor Swift.
On an Instagram post, Payne and Cheryl happily announced about their first baby, as Metro cited. The revelation, that made One Direction fans go crazy, says that the newborn who weighs 7lb 9 was born on March 22, 2017. And, after more or less, 9 months of carrying it, the "Call My Name" singer and the 23-year-old hitmaker haven't decided what to name their son. However, it seems like there were hints about who to name it after.
Not so long ago, Cheryl has hinted several names that she wants for her kids. In 2012, the TV personality talked about how she adores kids and that she is obsessed with them. The 33-year-old dancer also admitted that she have thought of baby names a million times.
"I like Alfie for a little boy. I know that's what I was put on the earth to do. To be a mother," Cheryl said in an interview. This made fans assume that the newborn son of Payne could be named Alfie Payne. Meanwhile, Mail Online reported that the "Drag Me Down" singer is thinking otherwise.
"I like the name Taylor. Taylor's pretty neutral for a boy or a girl. That's what I'm going to call my first child if I had children," Payne said while he was on Hits Radio. The One Direction star even hinted about being ready for having multiple children as he joked about his fellow bandmates. He said that Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson had made him practice about being a father. "It's like having four of them," he jokingly said.
