It looks like Kim Kardashian wants another baby following Saint West. In the new episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the wife of Kanye West revealed her plans to have baby number three.

"I'm going to try to have one more baby," Kim said, according to E! News. However, it has been known that the 36-year-old star has encountered pregnancy difficulties.

"I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me," Kim continued. Kris Jenner, on the other hand, advised her daughter not to do something that would put her life in danger.

Kim and Kanye now have two kids, Saint (1) and North West (3). In a report made by Vogue, during the television personality's previous pregnancies, she experienced placenta accrete. It is a condition where her placenta got stuck deeply to her uterine wall but didn't manage to infiltrate her uterine muscle.

Moreover, when Kim was still pregnant with North, she also endured pre-eclampsia. It is a situation of high-blood pressure that increases when heavy with a child. To recall, in an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in July 2016, she revealed that she was not sure if she still wanted to have another kid.

This is because of the changes that are happening in her intimate areas, NZ Herald News reported. Kim told Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick that she's not sure if she still can carry another baby. If that happens again, she believed that she will never be the same again "down there."

Although Kanye said that it still feels the same, Kim thinks that "things are just different internally." Knowing that she has delivered a baby, it will never be the same like before. Additionally, in February, there are swirling rumors that she is already expecting.

When Kim shared a fan's post about pregnancy, there are assumptions that she has been trying to have baby number three. This, too, sparked when she announced her new children's clothing line.
