Justin Bieber Paparazzi VIDEO of Run-In, Miami Dispute Leads to Police Investigation
Justin Bieber had a scrape with the paparazzi in Miami on Wednesday -- hours before the singer's security allegedly choked a photographer and days after he allegedly yelled at another one earlier in the week.
The singer was outside The Hit Factory, a recording studio, around 4 a.m. Wednesday when he appeared to tell his bodyguards to take the man's camera, despite his pleas to let him go.
A video obtained by TMZ shows the photographer begging for the security to let him have his camera. Bieber could be heard telling the man "Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back, while still threatening to take his memory card. Bieber referred to the item as a "SIM card". Other voices on the tape could be heard laughing and swearing.

In another incident later in the day, Bieber's security team is alleged to have attacked a paparazzo who took pictures of the singer skateboarding in the Hit Factory parking lot. Four bodyguards are alleged to have roughed up the photog -- one is alleged to have choked the man -- and taken his memory from his device.
Police are currently investigating the later incident.
"The officer concluded that what occurred may have been a simple battery," Miami-Dade Police Detective Roy Rutland told website Gossip Extra.
"The photographer can pursue this with the state attorney's office if he chooses."
On Monday, Bieber was snapped by a Miami-area news photographer from station WPLG-Local 10 while he attended the Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The singer allegedly sent a friend, and later a bodyguard, over to demand that the photographer delete their pictures. An AmericanAirlines Arena security intervened in the clash.
Bieber, however, just might have a place he can go to avoid the paparazzi. TMZ.com reported on Thursday that the singer has booked himself a place on a rocket bound for space.
On Thursday, Virgin Galactic chief Richard Branson tweeted his congratulations to Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun on joining the list for the interstellar voyage.
Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!"
