Kim Kardashian Baby Bump & Flip Flops [PHOTOS]; Khloe Kardashian Talks Baby Shower Details
Pregnant Kim Kardashian only has a few weeks left in her pregnancy, but that's not stopping the reality star from flaunting her baby bump in her hottest looks.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star was spotted heading to a doctor's appointment on Thursday, looking fabulous in a loose-fitted white blouse, black leggings and accessorized with silver jewelry.
The reality star, who is reported to be eight months pregnant, left her high heels home and opted for some simple flip-flops. Despite the casual look, Kim still looked pretty, as she wore her brunette hair in retro waves, Us Weekly reported.

The first-time mother-to-be was feeling frustrated on Thursday as she ranted on her Twitter about photographers allegedly threatened her.
"I wouldn't let the paps get a pic of me today & they threatened my life & said if I continue to block shots then they will make my world dangerous to live in!" she tweeted. "How dare they threaten my life & my unborn child! This has gotten way out of control!"
Meanwhile, her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week and spilled details on Kim's lavish shower that took place on Sunday.
"You know, there were a lot of cooks in the kitchen, and the emails back and forth, I was like, 'OK, honestly, enough. Take us off the chain.' It was too much for a baby shower, it was like a wedding."
Kim, who will give birth sometime between June and July is reportedly being asked by mom, Kris Jenner for her baby to appear on her new talk-show, Kris.
Enstars reported earlier that sources said Jenner is willing to do anything to maximize ratings for the show, which will premiere on July 15.
"Either having the name reveal or have Kim bring the kid on the show to be the first to show what the kid looks like. They know much will be revealed about the baby before the July 15 show debut, but many firsts with the baby will be revealed on Kris' show," the source said.
