Amanda Bynes has been offered a deal with a hip-hop record label, Chinga Chinga Records.

The Nickelodeon star who's been in recently headlines for her arrests, and blasting people on Twitter was offered a record deal by Daniel Herman, owner of Chinga Chang.

Herman hopes that the actress will accept his offer.

"I cleared the project with The Orchard and Sony Entertainment and they gave me the green light to go ahead," Herman told Radar Online.

Since Bynes reportedly expressed her interest in hip-hop, Herman feels that she will be a great asset to his label.

"The fact that Amanda wants to do hip-hop music means that Chinga Chang label is the best place for her to do this, because of my past experience with bringing pop and legitimate hip-hop together," he said.

Bynes' obsession for rapper, Drake is one of the reasons Herman pursued Bynes as an artist. He feels that Bynes should channel her passion for the No New Friends rapper into making music.

"I think that she's more gangster than Drake," he said.

In other Drake news, Bynes seemed to have diss the rapper on her Twitter account last week when she tweeted, "Drake has the ugliest smile, ugly gums uneven teeth ugly eyes" before deleting the post. She later added, "I won't deny calling @drake ugly" on June 6. The post has since been deleted.

Back in March, the actress tweeted to the rapper, professing her love for him. "I want @drake to murder my vagina." In other tweets, she called him a "hot fellow."

Meanwhile, Playboy Radio recently offered Bynes a full-time job as a host of their radio show.

TMZ reported that at first the radio station offered her a guest co-host spot vis Twitter on Monday, but later extended the offer to be permanent.
