Kailyn Lowry And Chris Lopez: Did He Attend The 'Teen Mom 2' Star's Delivery? [VIDEO]
Kailyn Lowry went into labor in the wee hours of the morning last Saturday but fortunately, her baby daddy Chris Lopez didn't miss their son's birth.
In a new interview, the Teen Mom 2 star recalled the moments leading up to her delivery.
“My water broke at 1:30 in the morning and I got to the hospital by 2:40 and then I had him at 3 a.m.,” Lowry told Radar Online during an interview on August 11. “Labor happened so fast. Literally from start to finish was two hours.”
“I begged for an epidural, but there was no time,” Lowry continued. “My doctor didn’t even make it to delivery.”
Still, according to Lowry, it was the “best labor” and her baby daddy didn't miss their child's arrival.
“I was always hoping he would come, but just based on how our relationship has been there was always a question whether he would have his phone on him or would he be at work,” she said. “I’m so glad that he came.”
Lopez was the only person in the room when Lowry delivered her third child.
Earlier this year, an insider spoke out about the relationship between Lowry and Lopez, which ended shortly after the reality star discovered she was pregnant.
“Kail became a relationship of convenience for him,” a source close to Lowry told Radar Online. “He never actually loved her. It was a relationship, but he just decided he wanted something different and things didn’t work out so they went their separate ways.”
