Common And Angela Rye: Did Political Star Just Confirm She's Dating The Famous Rapper? [VIDEO]
After months of reports and speculation, it looks like conscious rapper, Common, and Political Analyst Angela Rye are really an item!

Meanwhile, Rye took to Instagram to congratulate her rumored beau on taking home the award for his collaboration with Robert Glasper Letter To The Free that was featured on director Ava Duvernay’s 13th Netflix documentary.
Rye had a lengthy message for the rapper, who also won an Oscar Award, Best Original Song, for Glory feat. John Legend. The hit single was a part of the Selma film soundtrack.
“Super proud of this guy for having a big #EGO, which is not to be confused with a big ego,” Rye wrote on Instagram. “Here he is giving thanks to the Almighty for his Emmy just like he does for taking every breath, every single day. I’m thankful for his tremendous example of humility, leadership, kindness, and creativity.”
She went on to encourage her followers, which ranks up to more than 350K by the way, to follow suit.
“May we all be inspired to #WorkWOKE. #heisSOdope #itsjustthebeginning #TonyhereheCOMES #soblessed Prov. 3:5-6”
She ended her post by urging fans to download the single and hear its greatness for themselves.
Common had a message for another special lady on his own Instagram – his new Emmy Award. “I met a new woman today and she sat on my lap,” Common captioned along with a snapshot of his new award. “I think she’s a keeper.” Check it out.
Common’s love life has been pretty public for quite a while now. His most recent and very public relationship was with tennis all-star Serena Williams. Despite their rocky past and public issues, it’s safe to say the two have clearly not only moved on but have been able to get on healthy terms with one another.
He has also been linked to neo soul songstress Erykah Badu.
