Angelina Jolie Looks Frail On Her Latest Appearance: Piers Morgan Attacks Fun-Less Actress
It has been nearly a year since Angelina Jolie split from her husband Brad Pitt but with her latest appearance, it seems like this really took a toll on her. It was reported that though the actress beamed in a slinky black dress at one of her public appearances, still she looked frail and thin.
Mail Online reported that Jolie's face did not show any shred of harboring any rancor in the aftermath of her divorce from Pitt when she appeared on the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival last Monday. The actress beamed in her black dress at the Canadian premiere of "First They Killed My Father".
To support her, Jolie was joined by her six children and the eldest of them, Maddox was one of the executive producers of the said film. It can be recalled that Maddox was adopted by the actress from Cambodia so this film was somewhat significant to him and to the actress as well.
Meanwhile, it was reported that Piers Morgan, the host of "Good Morning Britain" made some comments after Jolie spoke to the show's correspondent from the said film festival. In the said interview, the Oscar-winning actress was talking about reprising her role in "Maleficent 2" and how her kids enjoyed her putting her horns back on.
But Jolie's remarks did not impress Morgan and the host said that he cannot imagine anyone being less fun than the actress these current times. Then The Sun reported that Morgan was also unmoved when the two hosts explained that Jolie has had a tough year after her split from Brad and also being a mother to her six kids.
After this, the two hosts said that some support and sympathy would be enough but Morgan decided and diverted to rant about people not understanding his points on his Twitter account. So Piers clarified that her opinion of Angelina Jolie was just a joke and he was smiling when he did it. In fact, h claimed that his statements will get these women going not realizing that women across the globe might attack him with tweets about their struggles in life.
