The suave and talented actress Kate Hudson has a very interesting workout regime and will surely give you some fitness goals. You will be amazed to know that wine bottles can make you tone your muscles as well. In a recent Instagram post, the "Almost Famous" actress posted a video in which she is seen in a bikini and she's using bottles of rosé instead of dumbbells for different kinds of arm workout. She captioned the video as "Sometimes you gotta to work for it!
The actress is a budding fitness guru and she is a fitness freak who is a queen of the yoga mat. It is interesting that the video was posted when she was out on a vacay. This shows that even on a trip she is very particular when it comes to staying fit. Instagram instantly started reacting to the post. One of her fans said, "I wanna work out with you," Another person called the video "workout motivation." reported Fox News.
The actress is seen accompanied by her trainer, Nicole Stuart, who is chatting with her through the session while sipping her own wine.

Hudson is the founder of activewear brand Fabletics. The brand is growing very fast and becoming very popular. Recently, the brand announced the official rollout of its footwear. Adam Goldenberg, co-chief executive and co-founder of Fabletics' parent brand TechStyle of El Segundo, California, said that the footwear was launched in response to the feedback of the consumers.
Fabletics was launched by Hudson in 2014 and since then there is no stopping for the brand. It has a portfolio which includes the JustFab, ShoeDazzle and FabKids lines.Yhr brand is into the selling of outfits, including plus size wear for the gym, yoga, running, swimming and also plus size. Techstyle opened the first Fabletics store in 2015 and thereafter there was no looking back and now it has 22 stores in the US.
Hudson is the daughter of legendary actress Goldie Hawn, who is as gorgeous as her and they share a special bond and is very supportive of whatever her daughter does, be it her acting career or her clothing line. An insider had reported that Hudson caught her mom buying athleisure wear from a competitor of Fabletics.
