Blac Chyna And Rob Pictures: Kardashian & Kylie Jenner Sue Her For Assault [VIDEO]
Rob Kardashian has turned the tables on Blac Chyna.
He has filed a lawsuit against his ex-fiance and the mother of his child for assault, vandalism, and battery. He has also accused Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, of trying to extort the famous Kardahian and Jenner family, according to The Blast Wednesday.
The incident reportedly happened just before last Christmas, on Dec. 14. Kardashian said in court documents obtained by the entertainment news site that Chyna had “consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol.”
She then FaceTimed two of his friends while under the influence and was “carelessly playing with Rob’s gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on,” Kardashian said in the lawsuit.
He said after that, “Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck.”
Kardashian escaped but that didn’t stop Chyna reportedly. She “chased” after him and “repeatedly struck him in the head and face.”
The lawsuit alleges that Rob, “suffered injuries to his neck and Chyna had ripped Rob’s shirt around the collar area.’
That’s when Chyna is accused of then vandalizing the home Kardashian was renting from Kylie Jenner.
She allegedly broke a television, a door, ruined the walls, broke cell phones, and even damaged a gingerbread house. Kardashian then tried to leave the premises but “Chyna threw a nearby chair at Rob’s car causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob.”
Kardashian included photos of his torn shirt in the lawsuit.
Jenner is also taking legal action against Chyna to the tune of $100,000 for damages to her home. Chyna is also accused of harassing Jenner and “telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases, because Kylie was dating Tyga.”
Kardashian also accuses Chyna of only having their daughter, Dream Kardashian, to make money on the family. He said the relationship and the child were “nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern about the consequences.”
Chyna is also suing the Kardashian family with accusations that they made her lose money after her reality show, Rob & Chyna, on E! ended due to their broken relationship. She’s suing for millions. It’s not clear how much Jenner and Kardashian want in the lawsuit.
