The latest album "Younger Now " by Miley Cyrus which got released on Friday, September 29 has the essence of pop-country music which goes back to her roots.

When Miley released " Malibu" which is the first track of "Younger Now", her transformation was "drastic". It was a complete makeover of herself compared to the "older Miley" when she had released her other albums like "Bangers", "Miley Cyrus and dead petz" and others.

She was going through a psychedelic phase and had completely tried to shatter her "Hannah Montana" Image then.

"Malibu" is sober, subtle, romantic and mostly it says a lot about Miley and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's relationship. The song is originally about Miley's breakup with Liam, their reconciliation and a new beginning in their relationship.

"I never would've believed you if three years ago you told me I'd be here writing this song", she clearly indicates in the lyrics that she never imagined that their relationship would work out again like now.

Miley had said, "I needed to change so much. And changing with someone else not changing like that is too hard. Suddenly you're like, "I don't recognize you anymore." We had to refall for each other", in an interview with Billboard.

The second track of the album is "Younger Now" which is the name of the title of her latest album.

The song starts with;

"Feels like I just woke up
Like all this time I've been asleep
Even though it's not who I am
I'm not afraid of who I used to be".

In this song, she relives her past, younger days of life and she clearly says that she does not regret her past as everything she went through made her the person today.

She also pays Tribute to the legendary artist Elvis Presley by dressing up like him and imitating his style.

Another track of the album is "I would die for you".The song goes like;

I have your heart, I don't even need your ring
I'd give up all I have in exchange for who I love more than anything
When you're gone, time is so slow
Like the grass, I've watched us grow
I'have heard you reap only what you'll sow
How could I ever let you go?

Miley here talks about the pain and struggle she went through after the break-up with fiancé, Liam in 2012. She even says she doesn't need a ring because she has his heart. The song is super romantic with a melancholic touch.

Miley also teams up with her lovely God-mother Dolly Parton for the track "Rainbowland". Other tracks include "Week Without You', "Miss You So Much", "Love Someone", "Thinkin" and others.

This is Miley's Sixth studio album and each album represented the different phases she lived and fortunately unlike her earlier album, "Younger Now" seems more like a post-neon maturity phase and looks like the "strong-voiced" pop-country singer has finally figured out what she is and what wants in life.

She sure seems to have rediscovered herself and has got her sanity back finally.

Miley also live streamed the album release party on Instagram for those who couldn't make it to Nashville release.
