Daughter Remi Calls Up Cops Worried About Weinstein's Sucide Threat [WATCH]
The life and career of the Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein are at stake after the news of his sex scandal with numerous women which was reported recently by The New York Times. All these have led to the unbalanced behavior of the 65-year-old man as a 911 caller claimed that Weinstein's daughter called up and said that her father was suicidal on Wednesday morning.
Law enforcement reported that the hit film "Pulp Fiction" producer was at his 22-year-old daughter Remy's place when the incident happened. The father-daughter were reportedly arguing when Harvey came out in the street and yelled, "You're making it worse" at her and then flagged down a random vehicle driving past, pleading for a ride.
According to TMZ, Weinstein was later convinced by Remi to go back in the house and shortly thereafter around 10:30 am, the police arrived but he was already gone.
According to Law enforcement sources, it was confirmed that the officers responded to Remi's call who said her father was "suicidal and depressed".
Later when the officers arrived, Remi told them that there were no suicidal statements made and it was purely a family dispute, according to sources.
Weinstein is still reportedly in L.A, but is planning to fly out of town and will probably go to a rehabilitation center.
A few days ago Weinstein was allegedly involved in a sexual harassment case with several women including actress Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie and many more. Besides other actresses have also come forward and revealed their awful experiences with the producer. Georgina Chapman, wife of Weinstein has also reportedly announced separation from him after the incident.
