Amanda Berry, Gina Dejesus and Michelle Knight Kidnapper Ariel Castro Booking VIDEO Released
A video released by the Cleveland Police Department this week shows the booking of kidnapping suspect Ariel Castro and his brothers after they were arrested on May 6 in connection with the abductions of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.
The three men were arrested shortly after the three women were rescued from Castro's Cleveland home after about a decade in captivity. Castro's brothers, Onil and Pedro Castro, were arrested in connection to warrants on unrelated misdemeanor charges. They were not charged in connection with the women's abductions.
The video shows the men entering a police station along with officers, who also held on to plastic bags perhaps of their belongings. The brothers then waited by the front desk to get booked. In the video the Castros are first shown handcuffed, with their hands behind their backs. However, around the 1-minute mark, one of them is released from the cuffs and he begins talking to the officers next to him with strong hand gestures.

Ariel pleaded not guilty Wednesday in his arraignment on 329 charges including the 139 counts of rape, 177 counts of kidnapping, The 52-year-old was a former school bus driver in Ohio and is accused of holding the three women captive in his basement after abducting them separately. He was originally held on an $8 million U.S. bond.
He also impregnated Berry, while causing one of the other women to have an abortion.
DNA testing confirmed in May that Ariel is the father of Berry's, now 6-year-old, daughter named Jocelyn.
Pedro and Onil called their brother Ariel a "monster" when speaking to CNN's Martin Savidge back in May. They discussed what they really knew about Ariel's dealings with the three women he held against their will in his Cleveland home until they were found on May 6.
The brothers said they had no idea what Ariel was doing in his home for nearly a decade.
"If I knew that my brother was doing this, in a minute I would have called the cops; cause that ain't right," Pedro said. "But yeah, it's going to haunt me down. Cause people are going to think Pedro had something to do with this and Pedro don't have anything to do this."
