Chris Brown Karrueche Tran Back Together? Rihanna Wanted 'Too Much From Him,' Source Says [PHOTOS]
After an intimate picture of Chris Brown and rumored girlfriend, Karrueche Tran hit the internet on June 9, the singer has reportedly found happiness in the model.
After the Fine China singer revealed in April that he Rihanna had called it quits after rekindling their romance last year, he has since been spotted with model/socialite Tran, whom he split from in October.
Sources told HollywoodLife.com that Brown has not looked back at ending things with Rihanna because he enjoys the dynamics of his relationship with Tran.
"He's in charge of his relationships and calls the shots with Kae and she's down with that," the source said. "[H]e's cool with where things are with her and so is she. It works out great for his a*s."
The source also revealed that one of the reasons Brown ended it with Rihanna because she was too needy, but now appreciates how laid-back Tran is.
"She wants too much from him," the source explains. "Rihanna wants him to be with her all the time, be on her tour, she wants his a** on lock."
As for Rihanna, the source said that Diamonds singer is not too fond of Tran.
"[Rihanna] is jealous that he has a business with Kae," the source added. "It wasn't like he was about to get [Karrueche] out his life just because Rihanna asked him to. Besides, Kae was down for [Chris] when Ri wasn't. She was his support system and that's something he won't forget."
Despite what Rihanna thinks of Tran, the model told Rolling Out magazine back in January that she likes the singer's style.
"She's dope, but.." Tran said.
Meanwhile, Rihanna is keeping busy, from the looks of her Instagram page.
The singer, currently on her Diamonds World tour, is launching her second makeup collection with M·A·C cosmetics. RiRi (Hearts) MAC Summer includes a powder blush duo and matte lipsticks.
She wraps up her tour November 15 in New Orleans.
