Scott Disick Is Reportedly In Love With Girlfriend Sofia Richie
Scott Disick may appear to be involved in a rebound romance with Sofia Richie but according to a new report, their relationship is very real for the both of them.
As Disick, 34, is seen pinning for the love of his former girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, on the currently airing episodes of the 14th season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, a source claims he's actually head over heels in love with his 19-year-old model girlfriend, whose father is musician Lionel Richie.
“Scott is telling friends that he’s in love with her,” an insider told Us Weekly magazine on Nov. 9. “They are still going very strong.”
Disick and Richie made their relationship official in September after weeks of rumors as they enjoyed spending time with friends in New York City. Also at the time, the couple was seen together in Miami, where they enjoyed a number of outings throughout their vacation.
“She is so into Scott,” added a Richie pal. “She has been for a while.”
Throughout their romance, Disick and Richie have enjoyed a number of trips around the world and recently visited Joe Francis' home in Punta Mita, Mexico.
“It’s easier for them to exist in their bubble while traveling,” explained the source.
According to the report, Richie, who has modeled for the likes of Michael Kors, Chanel, and Tommy Hilfiger, prefers to spend time abroad with Disick because she's less likely to run into the friends who ditched her when she began dating him. As the insider noted, Richie was once close to Chloe Bartoli but because of Bartoli's past romance with Disick, the stylist is no longer speaking to her.
As fans of Disick may recall, his breakup with Kardashian was prompted after images of him and Bartoli, who he dated prior to Kardashian, spending time in France hit the web. In the photos, the former couple appeared to be getting cozy, despite his relationship with Kardashian.
Kardashian and her family “are happy for Scott because he’s moving on,” said the source. “If it’s good for them, then they’re supportive.”
