Kim was four months pregnant when the miscarriage scare occurred in March. The 32-year-old was traveling the world with partner Kanye West (Paris, Rio, Paris again to Los Angeles), until it began to take a toll on her body. She didn't feel well and was immediately rushed to the hospital from the LAX airport.
"Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed," a source told New York Post's Page Six. "She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
The doctor reportedly told her there was no miscarriage, released her and instructed her to slow down her lifestyle.
"Kim's not respecting her pregnancy," the source also told the Post. "She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight."
Kim and West welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Saturday June 15, TMZ reported first. However, due to an earlier than scheduled delivery, her daughter is in the NICU, according to an insider.
"Kim and the baby are healthy. Given the baby's early birth date, however, the littlest Kardashian is in an incubator," the insider told X17 Online.
The third episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 8 airs at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central.
