Is Kendall Jenner Causing Trouble For Blake Griffin On The Court?
Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin have been dating since August this year. Now, the reality star and model is being accused of having a negative impact on Griffin's performance with the Los Angeles Clippers.
A recent report claims that Jenner is being blamed for bringing the "Kardashian curse," something that has plagued the likes of Lamar Odom, James Harden, Jordan Clarkson, Reggie Bush, Odell Beckham Jr., Miles Austin, Matt Kemp, Derrick Ward, and Kris Humphries.
The Kardashian Curse A Real Thing?
“The Clippers are playing terrible and have lost nine in a row and the blame is going all around to every player in the organization,” a source close to the team explained to Hollywood Life on Nov. 22. “Some of the teammates of Blake who are superstitious to it all believe that the Kardashian Curse is a real thing and has something to do with their woes even though Blake is laughing all that off and isn’t taking that as the reason for their losing streak and bad play."
Griffin is reportedly unconcerned about the alleged "Kardashian curse." However, the speculation into his romance with Jenner and how it may be impacting his game has reportedly led to some talks of their relationship in the locker room.
"It hasn’t started a riff between teammates yet but the talk in the locker room has involved Kendall so it should be interesting moving forward how people continue to react to it all,” the insider added.
Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin began dating just weeks after the model was last seen with her rumored ex-boyfriend, rapper ASAP Rocky. As fans of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will recall, Jenner and the rapper were first linked to one another in February of last year when he attended one of her brother-in-law Kanye West's fashion shows.
Throughout 2016, Jenner and ASAP Rocky continued to be linked to one another as she was also linked to Los Angeles Lakers player Jordan Clarkson.
Meanwhile, Jenner and Griffin have not yet confirmed that they are officially dating but in recent months, they have been seen together often in Los Angeles and New York City.
