Forbes has recently released its list of highest-paid YouTubers. Among them is a 6-year-old boy named Ryan who makes millions by reviewing toys on YouTube.

The list featured 10 of the highest-earning YouTubers who collectively hauled in more than $127 million between June 2016 and June 2017.

Gamer Daniel Middleton claimed the top spot, with earnings of more than $16 million over the year. Lily Singh a.k.a. Superwoman, Jake Paul, Logan Paul, Dude Perfect, and PewDiePie were some of the other popular names on the list.

Meet The 6-Year-Old Millionaire

Ryan is the host of a popular YouTube channel called Ryan ToysReview, which, as the name suggests, features videos of the 6-year-old boy doing reviews of toys and playing games with his family.

According to Forbes' annual list, the family-run channel earned an enormous $11 million in pretax income in 2017, ranking eighth on the list, which it shared with comedy duo Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla's Smosh.

The adorable YouTube reviewer has more than 10 million subscribers and his videos have been viewed more than 16 billion times.

How It All Started?

Ryan's family started the channel more than two and a half years ago and enjoyed viral success shortly after uploading a 15-minute video of Ryan playing with a Lego train set.

Ryan's mother told TubeFilter last year that he enjoyed watching toy review channels on YouTube. EvanTube HD and Hulyan Maya were among his favorites because they made videos about Ryan's favorite Thomas the Tank Engine.

"One day, he asked me, 'How come I'm not on YouTube when all the other kids are?' So we just decided - yeah, we can do that," she said. "Then, we took him to the store to get his very first toy - I think it was a Lego train set - and it all started from there."

Ryan ToysReview 's Viral Success

At first, his videos barely had any views but four months after his family started the channel, there was an explosion of traffic, thanks to a video of Ryan opening a "giant egg" packed with toys from Disney's Cars.

The video amassed more than 800 million views as of December 2017, which was beaten by another video of Ryan running through an inflatable Cars waterslide that has been viewed over a billion times.

The channel became a huge success and views started doubling with every passing month. Ryan reached one million subscribers in January 2016, which crossed the five million mark a year later. Now, it has more than 10 million users subscribed to his channel.

In the summer, Ryan ToysReview was named as the most viewed channel in the U.S. for 40 consecutive weeks. In September, NBA superstar Kevin Durant also made an appearance in one of Ryan's videos as he performed a children's science experiment.
