While diving into details about Selena Gomez's new rumored hook up, a source stated that the Come & Get It singer has completely broken up with on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.

Us Weekly published a story Thursday citing an insider that said Gomez. 20, is reportedly "hooking up" with singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, 22. The latter is on tour with Taylor Swift currently and being good friends with Gomez, she set up the match between the two singers. Gomez and Sheeran are allegedly having a lot of fun together as "friends with an open mind," said one of the insiders. "He's sensitive and sweet and a lot deeper than Justin." The two reportedly met over Memorial Day weekend and hit it off.

One of the sources detailed how Bieber's alleged lack of maturity was too much for Gomez, saying, "She got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child. [Ed] is a nice escape from the drama."

A source also told the publication that Gomez and the 19-year-old #thatPOWER singer "are totally done ... not even hooking up anymore."

Earlier in June an insider told Perez Hilton that Gomez is listening to what her friends have been telling her for some time now about breaking up with Bieber.

"She's finally taken some of their advice to heart and swears it's finally over with him, for good," the insider said. "She doesn't see herself getting back together with him and just needs to move on."

Gomez and Bieber first broke up in early January, but have reportedly been on and off since then. Bieber was recently spotted with an unidentified woman during an early June visit to Disneyland, which circulated rumors that he has moved on from Gomez.
