George Clooney Girlfriend Stacy Keibler's Workout for Sexy, Sleek Abs, Legs & Butt Revealed By Trainer
Stacy Keibler's toned legs, sleek abs and firm booty make her our biggest thin-spiration when it comes to slimming down for bikini season.
The actress, who is dating George Clooney, knows how to make the most of her workout -- both in and out of the gym. Now her trainer is opening up about the tips and tricks to losing weight -- like a celebrity.
To have a long lean, healthy body like the clients of celebrity trainer Juliet Kaska, which include Keibler, Kate Walsh, Kerry Washington and Victoria's Secret model Erin Heatherton, incorporate the following health and fitness tips into your lifestyle.
1. Hydrate Properly - Avoid sodas, juices and alcohol. Remove those high calorie drinks and replace them with water and zero calorie flavored waters like ACTIVATE Beauty. (ACTIVATE is nutrient-enhanced water with vitamins contained in its twist cap until you're ready to drink since some vitamins lose potency sitting in water.)
2. Interval Training - A great way to get great bang for your bod is through Interval Training. With this kind of workout, you weave together periods of intense activity, such as sprints and plyometrics, with periods of active rest. This means you are still moving, but are working at a less intense level and have a chance to catch your breath. Activities such as marching in place, jogging or even light jump rope can be considered active rest. This kind of workout is super-intense and research has shown that it takes up to 24-48 hours to fully recover from an interval training workout. In this type of workout your body relies heavily on its fat stores to provide the energy to rebuild itself.
3. Pilates & Yoga - These are two of my personal favorite exercises. Practicing Yoga and Pilates helps to keep your muscles strong, bulk-free and flexible. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body. Yoga brings the body and mind together and focuses on exercise, breathing and meditation. Both of these disciplines improve muscular and postural strength.
4. Go Organic - Antioxidants are important nutrients found in fresh fruits and vegetables and some studies show that organic foods may have more antioxidants compared to commercial varieties.
5. Add In Probiotics - Adding probiotic organisms to your diet can help boost your immune system, inhibit disease causing organisms, provide detoxification and protection from toxins and improve digestion. Having a healthy digestive system is key in order to process, utilize and dispose of food. Poor digestion can lead to stored calories, weight gain and bloat. Some examples of probiotics to add into your diet include, yogurt, kefir, kombucha and miso.
