Singer Miley Cyrus got enraged on Wednesday night when someone asked her if she was pregnant and she responded with some pretty harsh words, all of which was caught on video.

The We Can't Stop singer was leaving a doctor's appointment in Beverly Hills' Bedford Medical building to deal with a reported case of laryngitis. Upon leaving the doctor's office, trying to make her way to her car as she covers her face with her hands, the 20-year-old was swarmed by photographers who wanted to know how she was feeling. When one woman asked if she is pregnant, Cyrus snapped and responded, "No, I'm f-ing sick, you b--ch," to which the journalist shot back with, "Oooh, love you Miley!"

Cyrus then got into her car and it drove away from the scene as, what sounds like the same reporter, yelled "b--ch!" twice. The driver of the car - perhaps a friend of Cyrus' - later drops goes to pick up medicine for her throat at a local CVS Pharmacy.

The entire incident - from the doctor's office to the pharmacy and back - was caught on film. The footage was uploaded onto YouTube on Thursday by a user under the name MileyOnline.com.

Also on Wednesday, Cyrus premiered the music video for We Can't Stop, the first single off her upcoming 2013 album. On the track she sings, "To my homegirls with the big butts/Shaking it like we at the strip club" and makes drug references such as "Everyone in line in the bathroom/Trying to get a line in the bathroom/We all so turned up here."
