Kristen Stewart on Robert Pattinson & Katy Perry Together: She 'Suspected' His 'Soft Spot" For the Singer, Source Says
On the heels of the Robert Pattinson dating Katy Perry rumors, an insider revealed that his ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, always suspected that the British hunk had a "soft spot" for the Fireworks singer.
Entertainmentwise reported that in the latest issue of Grazia, a report quotes a friend of Stewart who said that Stewart was "never fully comfortable with Rob and Katy's relationship."
"She always suspected he had a soft spot for her," the source reportedly told the publication. "She's furious that the pair seem to have got together without so much as a word to her."
Perry and Pattinson's recent outing together now makes Stewart "paranoid that something could have gone on before she split with Rob," said the source.
The insider also revealed that Pattinson has done more than attend concerts and weddings with the divorced pop singer, he's been buying gifts for her too.
"He's been having such fun hanging out with Katy and bought her little cat-themed presents, which she loves," the insider shared."They've also been bonding over their love of antiques. Rob seems really happy -- something he never was in the last few months with Kristen."
Perry's ex, John Mayer, has left her feeling "confused" because he showed a renewed interest in the singer recently, the insider also said.
"Katy really likes Rob, but John's renewed interest has really confused her. She's aware of his reputation and she knows he's bound to hurt her again, but they've got such a good chemistry."
Mail Online reported on June 13 that the 23-year-old feels "incredibly down right now and betrayed" by Perry over reports of her relationship with Pattinson .
Pattinson and Perry have been spotted together on everal occasions since he broke up with his Twilight co-star in mid May. The pair was last seen in public together at a Bjork concert at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on June 8. They arrived separately but sat together during the show, according to X17 Online.
The pair first drew public attention when the attended a family wedding less than a week after Pattinson moved his things out of his ex's Los Feliz, CA home. They were seen at the wedding rehearsal for Tanya Mayer, 23, and John Ricotta, 26, at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, CA on May 25.
