Longtime E! News personality Ryan Seacrest may now rest easy as the entertainment news network found no evidence that he allegedly performed inappropriately in the workplace.

The Investigation's Results

E! Entertainment Network has announced that Seacrest has been cleared of a sexual misconduct investigation.

"The investigation, conducted by outside counsel, found insufficient evidence to support the claims against Seacrest and therefore could not be substantiated. E! is committed to providing a safe working environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity," an E! Entertainment Network spokesperson to The Hollywood Reporter.

A Stylist's Revenge

The sexual misconduct allegations were hurled onto the American Idol host by an ex-stylist who targeted the longtime media mogul. The former wardrobe stylist worked with the On Air with Ryan Seacrest host while he was anchoring the network's flagship news show, E! News Live. While the accuser might have blackmailed the host for keeping mum, Seacrest decided to go public.

Seacrest Speaks Out

"I dispute these reckless allegations, and I plan to cooperate with any corporate inquiries that may result. I treat all my colleagues with kindness, dignity, and understanding, as this is a principle that's core to who I am," said Seacrest in a statement.

Seacrest stated to the public that he has had a good track record with being a good employee at the numerous companies he has worked for. He also said that he has fought for his female colleagues and would continue to champion them.

Seacrest spent six years as host for E! News Live.

A Busy Schedule

Now that the E! Entertainment Network's investigation has concluded, Seacrest can get back to his busy life.

On March 11, Seacrest will return to host the iconic singing competition show, American Idol. The veteran series will feature new judges such as Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Katy Perry and is expected to air on the ABC Television Network.

He also celebrated his 12th year hosting ABC's legendary New Years' Eve celebration, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Performers on the special included Britney Spears and Mariah Carey.

In May, Seacrest will celebrate his one-year anniversary of hosting the fan-favorite syndicated talk show, Live with Kelly and Ryan. The E! News veteran officially became Kelly Ripa's co-host on May 1, 2017.

Along with his ongoing co-hosting with Ripa, Seacrest also continues to host his popular radio show, On Air with Ryan.
