Gorge exchanges heated words with his sister and says she is responsible for his troubled relationship with their parents.
"It's weird seeing my brother. It's been over a year," Giudice says in her on-camera confessional. "My dad would be so upset if he knew that we were in the same room together and didn't speak."
Gorga then reveals a shocking confession: "[I am] 38-years-old and I cry at night because of the situation with my parents...because of you."
The teaser shows the siblings working out together in a gym when the heated confrontation takes place.
In episode 5 that aired on Sunday, viewers saw Gorga watch from a distance when his sister Giudice had an argument with his wife Melissa Gorga over their sick father's hospital visits. Giudice overheard Melissa telling a mutual friend, Kim, about when she paid her father-in-law, Giacinto Gorga, a visit in the hospital. When Giudice grilled Melissa about the exact date she went to visit her father, she answered that she went to see Giacinto the day after her husband Joe had him admitted.
"No you didn't," Giudice fired back, then explained it was impossible because Joe took their father on a Saturday nigth at 4 a.m., and she stayed by his bedside daily after that. After a brief moment of incomprehensible yelling, Melissa admits she went to visit him four days after he was admitted because she had a sore throat for two days.
Teresa was visibly upset and explained the reason for the interrogation, saying, "When my parents love you, you love them back!"
The new episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will air on Sunday at 8/7 C on Bravo
