A new report confirmed that Amanda Bynes' dreams of rap stardom may be coming to life.

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame told TMZ that he has been communicating with the former What I Like About You actress and that he plans to sign her to his record label Brick Squad Monopoly Records.

Flame said Bynes has yet to officially sign a contract with him but it "basically in the bag." He feels so confident about the deal being finalized and he has come up with a title for her debut album. He said it will be titled Shots and added that "it's going to be crazy hot."

Flame also told the gossip website that he has already began writing rap songs for the aspiring rapper. The lyrics will be comprised of positive messages such as "keeping her head up from the haters."

Flame was asked to share his thoughts on the mental state of the troubled star. When asked if he thought she was a "little off," he replied, "Not at all."

"She has it all together to me," Flame added. "She is cool as hell and ready for the rap world. I think she is going to kill the game."

Flame revealed that to ensure the success of Bynes' debut album put out by him, he will lend his vocals and appear on several tracks.

Bynes first revealed she was working on the early phases of a music career in a tweet on June 12. She shared with her followers on Twitter that she was "looking forward to recording my album and going on tour!"

"I can't wait to see you all at my concerts!" she added.

She was scheduled to meet Fugees rapper Wyclef Jean on Monday to discuss working together on her first album, according to E! News. Ching Changa records CEO Daniel Herman told the news station about the possible partnership, saying he thinks Bynes working with Jean "would be perfect" and "linking the two of them will be something major."

Jean is "receptive" to the idea of working with her because Bynes has "such a great voice," according to Herman. "Singers wish they could hit the notes that Amanda does."

Herman added that her album "is going to shock the world."
