A new Drake song titled On My Way leaked online on Wednesday.

"Don't fall asleep, yes I see you calling me, promise it's worth waiting for because I'm on my way," are some of the lyrics Drake sings on the love song.

The slow tempo tune is a collaboration with producer and singer James Fauntleroy, who co-wrote Justin Timberlake's third studio album 20/20 Experience released in March. It is unclear, however, whether or not the track will appear on Drake's upcoming third album Nothing Was The Same. According to Prefix the song was recorded three years ago.

The follow-up to his multi-platinum sophomore album Take Care is expected for release later this year. The primary inspiration for the upcoming record is Marvin Gaye's 1978 album Here, My Dear, Drake told Billboard on Tuesday. Drake also confirmed that the album is in its final stages of production. The album is rumored for release in August.

"This is my f--cking moment to say if I wanted to rap all the time, really rap, I would, but I also love to make music," he also told GQ in July about the album. "I'll do this for you right now. But it's for me, too. It's my story... I'm trying to get back to that kid in the basement. To say what he has to say. And I'm trying to make it last."

In addition, Drake told the magazine that he wants to be the artist everyone listens to this summer.

Another song rumored to be on the album is Girls Love Beyonce, which the Canadian also recorded with Fauntleroy. The track samples Destiny's Child 1999 hit Say My Name. The song, which was released in April, features Drake singing about his love life.

"Feel like my love is finished," he sings. "I've been avoiding commitment, that's why I'm in this position."

As Enstars previously reported, the rapper is also heading out on tour this summer with Future and singer Miguel.
