Blac Chyna Adds Kylie Jenner And Khloe Kardashian Back As Defendants In Her Lawsuit Against The Kardashian Family
It looks like Blac Chyna will always have bad blood with the Kardashian-Jenner family.
As previously reported, Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, challenged Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian to a lawsuit, claiming that they were the reason behind the cancellation of her E! reality series, Rob & Chyna.
Although the claims against Rob, Kim, and Kris were dismissed, Chyna and her attorneys filed an opposition to demurrer in January.
Blac Chyna vs. The Kardashian-Jenner Clan
Among the other changes was her decision to add Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner back to her case. Chyna originally removed Khloe and Kylie back in November 2017 as well as Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
The 29-year-old has not revealed the reason she has decided to add the two women back to the lawsuit, but she has claimed that one of the sisters bashed her by stating that she only wanted the show for exposure and that she would still continue to abuse their brother, Rob Kardashian.
"The show is giving this toxic woman money and exposure she lives and breathes for and by continuing it ... she will proceed with using and physically abusing my brother," one of the sisters said, according to Chyna.
Chyna has not yet revealed which sister said the statement, but it could be any of them as she has been feuding with the family since she and Rob became an item.
In addition to Kim and Kris who were never removed from the complaint, the Kardashian-Jenner clan are also being sued for false light, defamation, intentional interference with contractual relations, and intentional interference with prospective economic relations.
Rob & Chyna's Bad Breakup
Rob and Chyna began dating in January 2016, two years after her split from Tyga. Rob and Chyna immediately caused controversy because the family believed that she was only dating him to get back at Tyga for dating Rob's sister, Kylie Jenner.
In April 2016, the couple took to Instagram to announce their engagement after three months of dating. Following their engagement the two revealed that they were expecting their first child together, Dream Renée Kardashian, who was born in November 2016.
Only a month after Dream's arrival, Rob revealed that he and Chyna have split. Although their relationship was short-lived the two were able to reconcile their differences days after, they separated again in February 2017.
The pair had a nasty breakup causing Rob to post sexually explicit photos of Chyna on social media. Chyna responded by obtaining a temporary restraining order against Rob.
Now the two are working towards a stable custody agreement for the sake of their daughter.
