Chris Brown Accused of Assault [PHOTOS] Fan Claims 'Fine China' Singer Injured Her Knee at Nightclub [REPORT]
A 24-year-old woman has accused Chris Brown for assault, claiming that the singer shoved her to the ground Saturday night at a nightclub.
TMZ reported that Deanna Gines claimed that she was in the VIP section at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, Calif, where the Fine China singer had just performed on June 22.
When the club was about to close, she claimed that Brown deliberately shoved her to the ground, so hard that she fell hard to her knees.
In the photo obtained by TMZ, Gines claims she went to the hospital shortly after the incident, only to discover that she suffered torn ligaments in her right knee.
The picture shows Gines' knee covered with a knee brace standing with crutches.
According to Gines, she is going to see another doctor later this week and has already been told that she may soon have to have surgery in order to repair the damage.
Gines has reportedly filed a police report, with authorities confirming that a female did make a claim of assault at the club.
Police have conducted an investigation and Brown has yet to comment on the allegations.
Nicole Perna, Brown's rep told TMZ that Brown has not been notified of the incident.
"I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse," she said. "None of this makes sense."
Back in 2009, Brown was arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. At the time, the Diamonds singer told cops that she was physically beaten up by him.
Law enforcements reported that Rihanna's injuries were severe, witch two "huge contusions" which swelled up on both sides of her forehead. She also suffered "a bloody lip and nose."
According to a source close to the investigation, Rihanna called 911 after Brown "fled on foot" from the scene following the assault.
"Rihanna didn't want anyone to touch her, she was in so much pain," the source said at the time.
