Will Farrah Abraham's Mom Attend The 'Teen Mom OG' Reunion For Season 7 In NYC?
Farrah Abraham confirmed she would not be attending this weekend's taping of the Teen Mom OG season 7 reunion, but will her parents attend?
As Abraham's former co-stars Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood assemble in New York City to film the upcoming special, fans are wondering if they will get to see any member of Abraham's family on the show.
Although fans will have to wait and see what MTV decides, Abraham recently said her father, Michael Abraham, would not be present if she wasn't invited. Meanwhile, her mother, Debra Danielsen, suggested that she would like to be a part of the special.
“I was told that I wasn’t attending by MTV,” Danielsen explained to Radar Online on March 2. “I don’t know what’s happening, but I will be in New York. It’s all up in the air."
Danielsen went on to reveal that if she is not included in the special, she would be hurt and disappointed. After all, she and her family have been working with MTV for years, and while Abraham was recently fired, she had nothing to do with the network's decision.
Abraham first confirmed she would not be joining her co-stars in the Big Apple on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
“MTV is not allowing me to attend the reunion, and my dad won’t attend if I don’t go. I can’t speak for my mom,” Abraham told Us Weekly.
Abraham was fired from her role on the show after about a decade due to her poor treatment of staff. That said, she doesn't appear to be too upset about the firing and even said that she could launch her own series at any time.
Abraham also said that she isn't sure what MTV was thinking when they chose to get rid of her, their "biggest star."
“I wish them all the best with the show. I’m out on a high note. This is the longest season in history and I’m their biggest star. I can do my own show, but I don’t want to focus on reality TV. I’m focusing on scripted opportunities, but will always enjoy a good reality TV project."
Teen Mom OG season 7 is currently airing on MTV on Monday nights at 9 p.m.
